In a joint report with SOLVO Deputy General Director Armen Yeritsyan, Vitaly Potapov emphasized using the most modern management systems with high automation levels at terminals. This is implemented at Siberian TLC, integrating terminal management with external/internal systems (including client portals, billing, and terminal accounting).
His presentation focused on technology fully integrating container terminal operations with crane equipment. It enables processing one train in under 1.5 hours going forward.
This minimizes errors and human factor while boosting labor productivity. For months now, Siberian TLC cranes have been controlled not from cabs but from a single terminal center.
Future plans: expand digital services, enhance client portal capabilities, implement terminal digital twins.
